Crews
You will need 4 persons per boat, who have never rowed before.
4 male, or 4 female, or 2 male and 2 female.

Cost
£40 per crew. That’s just £10 each, for 5 weekly training sessions:
1 on land, 4 on the water. Culminating in a race day.
Coaching Starts
Monday 16th March. Last date for entries is 6th March. Regatta Sat 25th April.

Dedication plus several pairs of socks will help get you through the winter months! If you don’t fancy the icy splash of the river Severn, then you can enjoy some of the activities within the comfort of the boathouse.
The indoor sessions available for all members include:
- Rowing machine (Ergo) training – separate sessions for men and women.
- Weights – Free weights, and leg press machine. To give maximum rowing power, or just tone up!
- Circuits – All levels of fitness. Exercise in a variety of different ways to improve fitness.

The Date for our Regatta this year has been confirmed. It will be held on the last weekend in June. Saturday the 27th and Sunday the 28th of June. We look forward to hosting another exciting weekend of racing.
The Capsize drill takes place every year, and gives Members a chance to learn highly valuable skills in a safe and controlled environment.
This year’s drill was a great success. With both adults and juniors getting good practice at safely dealing with a capsize. Two single sculls were used, which ment that everyone could have a few goes.
We are always happy to take on new members. If you’ve never rowed before, the coaches at the club will be more than happy to help you learn. If you’re an experienced rower, we would love to have you on board!
The New Member Session is at 11am on Saturday mornings. Just come along, or give us a call before hand. 01952 432798.
